Eduroam RADIUS Certificate Expiration and Replacement – Wed., 04/24 6-8 a.m.
UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) will replace the RADIUS certificate for eduroam on the morning of Wednesday, April 24th, from 6-8 a.m. to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. This update covers eduroam connectivity across the entire campus.
Troubleshooting:
For users experiencing connectivity challenges, we suggest the following steps:
- If prompted to trust the new certificate, accept it.
- Toggle Wi-Fi on and off on your device.
- Delete and re-add the eduroam network.
- Perform a reboot of your device.
- On the day of the certificate change, run JoinNow (the new certificate will be added to JoinNow, and would securely connect users to eduroam).
- If you're having difficulty connecting, you can connect via the UMASS network.
