Originally Posted, 05/07: On Tuesday, May 7th, around 11:50 a.m., Microsoft reports Microsoft Bookings and its features began not loading correctly. Microsoft reports users might see pages displaying without any data, while others may see an error indicating “some error occurred.” Microsoft reports a coding error in a recent software update has disabled to determine if the issue is related. - UMass Amherst Zoom: Update to v5.15.5 or higher by Sat., May 4May 4, 2024 On Saturday, May 4, Zoom users who have not updated to a minimum of Zoom version 5.15.5 (the most up-to-date version of Zoom is 6.0.4) will be logged out of Zoom on their device(s). The next time users open Zoom, they will need to update software to a minimum of v5.15.5 before they will be able to use the program. - Eduroam RADIUS Certificate Expiration and Replacement – Wed., 04/24 6-8 a.m.April 24, 2024 UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) will replace the RADIUS certificate for eduroam on the morning of Wednesday, April 24th, from 6-8 a.m. to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. This update covers eduroam connectivity across the entire campus. Troubleshooting: For users experiencing connectivity challenges, we suggest the following steps:If prompted to trust the new certificate, accept it. Toggle Wi-Fi on and off on your device. Delete and re-add the eduroam network. Perform a reboot of your device. On the day of the certificate change, run JoinNow (the new certificate will be added to JoinNow, and would securely connect users to eduroam).
